SAP Order Management Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Part-Time SAP Order Management Coordinator with a growing consumer products organization. This flexible opportunity is ideal for an experienced order management professional who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and keeping orders moving efficiently from receipt through fulfillment. Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders and maintain accurate order information in SAP Monitor orders throughout the order lifecycle to ensure timely completion Run and review open order reports to identify issues and opportunities for follow-up Investigate and resolve order exceptions, delays, and processing issues Troubleshoot EDI-related transaction issues and coordinate resolutions as needed Partner with internal teams to communicate order updates and delivery timelines Support order changes, revisions, and adjustments within SAP Ensure data accuracy and compliance with established order management processes Assist with additional operational support and order-related projects as needed Qualifications Hands-on SAP experience required, preferably within order management, customer operations, or supply chain functions Experience processing and managing customer purchase orders Proven ability to investigate and resolve order discrepancies or exceptions Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience within consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or related industries Exposure to EDI transactions and troubleshooting Experience with pricing, master data, or customer data maintenance Prior experience supporting order fulfillment or customer operations teams Position Details Work Model: Remote or Hybrid (Location Flexible) Employment Type: Contract / Temporary Compensation: $25-$30/hr Schedule: Part-Time, 15-25 hours per week (up to 30 hours per week for the right candidate) Benefits (Contract): LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
