You are:

A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization, focused specifically on SAP Material Management and SAP Procurement. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.  Somebody with charisma, professional and capable of building rapport with clients in a business development and project delivery context.  You are flexible, a great listener and deep domain expert in SAP MM and SAP Procurement.

The work:

• Use your business smarts to kick-start SAP MM and SAP Procurement  transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led

• Implementation experience S/4 HANA MM, IS-Retail, , Supply Chain Modules logistics (MM/SD/IM-WM, ARIBA Supply Chain Business Network Collaboration.

• Show clients how they can use SAP MM/IM and SAP Procurement to solve their business problems

• Help set the strategy for near-term goals

• Work with senior managers at a client and/or at Accenture – and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues

• Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments

• Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture. Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

 

Here’s what you need:

• At least 10+ years of experience in delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) consisting of program planning/management, Business Case development, planning and implementation across different phases of Software Engineering process
• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP MM, SAP Procurement. SAP Retail experience will be added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources.
• Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams.
• Experience working in a Managed Service environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
• Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

• You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
• SAP S/4HANA/ECC end-to-end implementation, Roll-out and Support projects
• IS Retail Experience including Site Master,  Inbound Delivery, Outbound Deliveries,  Inventory Management will be added advantage
• Security Secret clearance is added advantage.
