Bree is looking for an organized, proactive, and versatile Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our growing team. You'll ensure seamless day-to-day operations across people, culture, and special projects.
You will serve as a key operational and administrative support resource for the executive team, directly contributing to our hyper-growth environment. You'll anticipate needs, drive efficiency, and maintain a highly functional and engaged team.
This is a full-time, 5 days per week in-office role based at our office at Yonge/Bloor in Toronto.
Business Operations & Reporting: Support decision-making by tracking key operational metrics, assisting with routine data reporting, and ensuring the executive team has timely visibility into performance and processes.
Operational Excellence: Drive internal efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements and maintaining internal documentation systems.
People Operations & Culture: Support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and seamless onboarding/offboarding to organizing engaging team culture activities.
Special Projects: Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and drive various cross-functional projects, or researching and preparing proposals for new projects.
Executive Administration: Manage the executive office's needs, from coordinating challenging calendars to overseeing office operations and organizing company event logistics.
Proven experience in an operations, administrative, or executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced startup.
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing complex administrative needs and multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, proactively implement process improvements, and support basic data collection/reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all team members.
Proficiency with modern workplace tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace) and administrative tasks, and comfort working with data/metrics in spreadsheets.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive projects autonomously.
