r management, data migration, testing/UAT, change management, and production deployment. This is primarily an implementation and integration role rather than a heavy configuration position.
Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP Manufacturing / SAP PP expertise
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes
• Experience with serial-number-managed products/manufacturing
• Strong data migration experience, including Materials, BOMs, Routings/Master Recipes and related manufacturing data
• Experience with SAP MM and manufacturing/warehouse integrations
• Experience with SAP EWM / warehouse management integration
• Understanding of MES and automated manufacturing solution integrations
• Strong experience with testing, UAT, implementation and production deployment
• Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience leading workshops and gathering/clarifying manufacturing requirements
• GxP, pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience highly preferred
• SAP IDocs, QM, PM, PP-PI and OT/equipment integration experience is a plus
Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solution implementation and deployment.
• Lead manufacturing data migration activities for Materials, BOMs, Routings/Master Recipes and related objects.
• Work with site and global teams to define requirements and transition processes from AS-IS to TO-BE.
• Validate SAP manufacturing, MES, warehouse and automated solution integrations, including serial number processes.
• Lead UAT planning, testing, issue resolution and compliance verification.
• Support production deployment, hypercare, training and knowledge transfer to site teams.
