About the Job You're Considering As an SAP FICO / CO & EAM Consultant, you will support the design, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP Finance, Controlling, and Enterprise Asset Management solutions. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver integrated SAP solutions supporting financial management, controlling, asset lifecycle management, maintenance cost management, and end-to-end business processes. Application Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions. This role has the leading role in understanding client business needs, and ability map those to the application functionalities “ ensure seamless functionality delivery of the application being developed. What is critical is to ensure that the application being developed matches client business needs, both stated and the unstated ones. Individual must support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and master one or more businessorindustry domains. Individual ust be responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle. One must leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings.‹ Your Role Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO and Controlling solutions aligned with business objectives. Configure and support SAP Finance capabilities including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Tax. Configure and support SAP Controlling capabilities including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Lead and support integration between SAP FICO/CO and Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (EAM/PM). Support asset lifecycle management, fixed asset accounting, asset capitalization, maintenance cost tracking, and related financial processes. Design solutions for maintenance cost allocation, budgeting, settlement rules, and financial reporting. Collaborate across SAP PM/EAM, MM, PS, Procurement, and Asset Management functions to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions. Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and production environments. Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate requirements with technical teams. Lead and support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production activities. Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Develop functional documentation and training materials and provide knowledge transfer to business users and support teams Your Skills and Experience 7+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Controlling (CO). Strong experience across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax. Deep functional knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
