Responsibilities:
• End-to-end functional design, configuration, and support of warehouse execution and logistics processes within an SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environment
• Analyze and document inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes and identify optimization opportunities using SAP EWM best practices
• Gather, validate, and prioritize functional requirements related to warehouse execution, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and throughput
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Embedded or Decentralized EWM in a RISE Private Cloud environment, including:
• Warehouse organizational structures, storage types, sections, bins, and activity areas
• Inbound processes including ASN processing, goods receipt, deconsolidation, and putaway strategies
• Outbound processes including picking, packing, staging, loading, and goods issue
• Wave management, order status management, and workload distribution
• Cross-docking, value-added services, and exception handling
• Support inventory management within EWM, including cycle counting, physical inventory, stock differences, and reconciliation with IM
• Configure and support handling units, packaging specifications, labor-relevant processes, and warehouse monitoring tools
• Collaborate with automation and MHE teams to support conveyor, sorter, and robotics integrations, including error handling and recovery scenarios
• Perform fit-gap analysis and produce functional design documents aligned to SAP Activate deliverables
• Maintain accurate configuration, functional design, and process documentation in alignment with ITIL standards
• Provide post-go-live L2 and L3 functional support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and recurring issue remediation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP EWM functional experience, including configuration and production support
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory management
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Embedded or Decentralized EWM
• Experience integrating EWM with MM, SD, and Transportation processes
• Experience producing functional specifications and supporting RICEFW developments
• Willingness and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP EWM or S/4HANA certification
• Experience with S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environments
• Experience in high-volume, multi-DC distribution or 3PL fee-for-service environments
• Exposure to warehouse automation, MHE, or robotics integrations
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
