verse in S4HANA, SAP Ariba functional knowledge and procurement business processes
• Self-motivated and independent with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for work
• Strong technical aptitude, with proven experience with technical help desk and software support activities preferred
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to define and understand business needs and determine appropriate solutions
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members, business users, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to help navigate through problems, decisions, and related implications
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with experience working both independently, and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information and facilitate understanding of system capabilities and limitations to non-technical users
• Prior experience within the Finance industry is preferred, but not required
