Sanitation Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sanitation Manager to lead our cleaning and sanitation operations across our plant. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across all designated areas, including industrial, commercial, and hospitality spaces Develop and enforce sanitation procedures in accordance with safety regulations and industry best practices Manage staffing schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain operational readiness Collaborate with management to implement sanitation policies that enhance safety and hygiene outcomes Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services, with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning environments Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in sanitation or housekeeping roles Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety standards Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff development Customer service orientation to address client needs effectively and maintain high satisfaction levels Familiarity with laundry services, hospitality cleaning practices, or housekeeper management is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Sanitation Manager and play a crucial role in creating pristine environments that prioritize health, safety, and excellence.
