Sandwich Artist/Delivery driver

Duties Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items following established recipes and safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout food preparation. Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of transactions. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy in retail sales transactions. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm. Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and secure delivery of orders while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols. Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation guidelines, food safety practices, and proper food handling procedures. Manage time effectively to balance food prep duties with delivery schedules during busy hours. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety standards in the kitchen area. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions. Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing register operations accurately. Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of retail sales transactions combined with strong communication skills for engaging with customers both in-store and during deliveries.
