specialty tile productsThe Samples / Warehouse Associate for Specialty Tile maintains an on-site sample department, fulfills sample orders through shipping and receiving products, helps in the production of sales tools, and supports the Operations Manager with warehouse tasks. Primary Responsibilities Samples Order Fulfillment: Ensure all samples are properly labeled, packaged, and stored in appropriate conditions to preserve product integrity and accuracy. Ensure that daily SL shipments are processed within standards of time and presentation expectations. Monitor shipping dashboards for any new orders and process all outbound packages. Cut samples to order requirements as needed. Manage and provide confirmations and tracking of sample orders to sales reps and their customers. Samples Receiving & Inventory Control: Perform weekly replenishment and cycle counts on marketing tools. Assist in transportation of pallets from Orlando Warehouse to Orlando Showroom with provided company truck. Help unload and bin material from pallets as needed. Sales Support: Open and process all inbound packages and distribute as needed. Fabricate binders and boards to specifications. Bring samples to sales floor and retail customers as needed. Put away floor samples daily from sales staff. Ensure quality control of marketing materials meets requirements of cleanliness, labeling, and packaging in accordance with company and market standards. Maintain organization of workshop area including daily cleaning, monthly deep cleaning, and processing of extra material after projects. Warehouse Support: Pull orders from pick tickets ensuring pick perfection. Complete counting, sorting, and storage of materials always maintaining inventory accuracy. Coordinate with customer service and sales to ensure flawless and timely shipment of goods. Verify information against orders, invoices, or other records for accuracy and excellence. Knowledge & Skill Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word) and sample management software (Acumatica). Working Conditions Ability to move/lift to 50 lbs.
