Samples, Inventory and Binder Associate We’re looking for an organized, dependable person to help prepare the product samples and binders that represent our brand. You’ll work closely with our samples, shipping, warehouse, sales, and marketing teams to keep materials organized, inventory updated, and binders looking their best. This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who enjoys detail-oriented tasks, a structured routine, and working with a team. Your day will include desk-based work, sitting and standing, and walking between the workspace, warehouse, and samples department. Responsibilities Assemble binders and keep samples, labels, and layouts consistent. Check completed binders for accuracy, missing samples, and damage. Update inventory in Google Sheets and report shortages or discrepancies. Print and apply labels. Help coordinate shipments and product updates. Communicate through email and work-related texts during working hours. Keep workspaces organized and walkways clear. Qualifications Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. Basic Google Sheets and email skills. Able to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and meet weekly goals safely. Positive attitude and willingness to help the team. Completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening consistent with company policy and applicable law. Dress Code Comfortable, properly fitting clothing; long pants and no tank tops or shorts. Sturdy, closed-toe, closed-heel shoes with slip-resistant soles. Sneakers are permitted.
