Sample Coordinator & Office Assistant

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator & Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support our warehouse operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall office efficiency. Duties Coordinate the management of product samples, including tracking, storage, and distribution within the warehouse. Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to ensure accurate stock levels. Support shipping logistics by preparing shipments, managing shipping & receiving processes, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers to facilitate order picking, packing, loading, and unloading. Maintain detailed data entry records related to inventory movements, order processing, and shipment documentation. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests and supporting team members with administrative tasks. Collaborate with warehouse staff on order fulfillment processes, stock replenishment, and trade compliance procedures. Requirements Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting tasks. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping & packing. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing samples and inventory records accurately. Excellent communication skills to support customer service efforts internally and externally. Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous; familiarity with international trade regulations is a plus.
