In this role, you will support the production/design process by managing sample inventories, coordinating sample shipments, and assisting with administrative tasks essential to smooth project flow. In this role, you will support the design process by managing sample inventory, coordinating sample shipments, and assisting with various warehouse and administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help streamline operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and facilitate smooth communication between design, production, and logistics teams. Responsibilities Maintain detailed records of sample movements using office management software/platform Assist with order fulfillment processes by preparing samples for internal review or external clients, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Coordinate the shipment and receipt of samples with design team and overseas factories Assist with preparing samples for trade shows, photoshoots, buyer submissions Assist Design Team with daily tasks Skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for sample coordination and data entry Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
