You'll keep parking lots, drives and walkways safe by salting commercial, retail and industrial properties, plus hospitals and schools where people count on clear, safe access. What You'll Do Follow an assigned route and salt each property on it Take photos of completed work with your smartphone and upload them to our service portal Respond to weather events as they happen, often overnight Keep your truck and equipment in good working order and report any issues Schedule On-call throughout the winter season Most shifts are overnight, but you must also be available during the day when storms hit Shifts usually run 4 to 6 hours Requirements Valid CDL (required) Clean driving record Smartphone that can take photos and upload them to a portal Able to work overnight, early mornings, weekends and holidays when weather calls for it Reliable, punctual and able to work on your own Snow and ice or route driving experience is a plus Why Join RPM Company Inc Top pay at $45/hour Predictable route work Steady seasonal income all winter Pay: $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
