Responsibilities Lead and supervise salon staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled team Oversee daily operations such as scheduling shifts, managing customer appointments, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the salon Manage inventory levels, including purchasing products, stock control, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service Utilize POS systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting to ensure operational efficiency Maintain a clean, organized environment adhering to health and safety standards while fostering a positive customer experience Skills Proven management experience within retail or service industries with strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse client engagement Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training new team members Proficient in inventory management software, POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, merchandising practices, pricing strategies, and retail math fundamentals Demonstrated experience supervising teams within retail or grocery store settings with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to manage operational tasks such as budgeting, shift management, stock replenishment, and inventory control Exceptional managerial communication skills to motivate staff and ensure clear operational directives Familiarity with retail store product knowledge and sales management tools to drive business growth Join us as a Salon Manager where your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while driving operational success.
