National Equipment SupplyAbout the Role: National Equipment Supply (NES) is a fast-growing industrial equipment supplier serving oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure projects across North America. We are seeking a driven Sales & Account Coordination Specialist to fuel our revenue growth and own the client pipeline from initial inquiry to final payment. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where sales drive execution. You will directly engage clients, uncover project needs, close deals, and coordinate seamlessly with procurement and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and account growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Sales Generation & Quoting: Proactively manage inbound inquiries, identify customer requirements, and present tailored equipment solutions Generate, issue, and follow up on accurate client quotes using internal pricing guidelines and CRM tools to maximize deal conversion Actively close deals, meet revenue targets, and drive repeat business from contractors and commercial accounts Account Management & Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on orders, delivery schedules, and ongoing project needs Build strong long-term relationships with project managers, procurement leads, and site supervisors Manage customer accounts end-to-end, including following up on outstanding invoices and resolving billing questions Procurement & Inventory Coordination: Check fleet status and verify equipment availability with suppliers and yards to create accurate, achievable client quotes Issue and track vendor Purchase Orders (POs) for equipment and parts required to fulfill sales orders Reconcile purchase orders against vendor pricing to ensure strong profit margins on every deal Process Improvement: Maintain CRM data accuracy, tracking client touchpoints, deal stages, and win rates Help refine sales and order-fulfillment SOPs to shorten the sales cycle and improve quote response times What We’re Looking For: Core Traits: Sales-Driven Mindset: Passionate about closing business, building client relationships, and expanding account value Strong Communicator: Confident, persuasive, and professional when speaking with clients, drivers, vendors, and leadership Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage sales leads, quotes, and logistical timelines simultaneously without dropping details Persistent Problem Solver: Proactive in removing friction from the deal cycle and seeing orders through to completion Experience & Qualifications: 5 - 10 years of sales experience Demonstrated experience in inside sales, account management, commercial sales coordination, or logistics Background in industrial equipment, construction, oil & gas, or supply chain is strongly preferred Proficiency with CRM systems, quote generation, and purchase orders Strong negotiation skills applied to both customer closing and vendor freight booking Compensation & Benefits: Lucrative, performance-based incentive and commission structure tied to closed deals Fast-track career path into Senior Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development leadership Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Vancouver, BC V6B 2T4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (preferred) Language: English (preferred) Work Location: In person
