Duties Assist in daily store operations, including sales transactions, inventory management, and merchandising Support the management team in supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient shift execution Participate in recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees Help oversee employee orientation, training, and development programs to foster team growth Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism Contribute to inventory control through stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing adjustments Develop leadership skills by supervising team members, managing schedules, and coordinating store activities Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with customers Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, inventory calculations, and budgeting tasks Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Experience in supervising or managing teams within a retail environment is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for store operations Join us as a Sales Manager in Training and unlock your potential to lead with confidence!
