In this role, you will process customer orders while helping to keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses the ability to multi-task seamlessly between order entry, vendor coordination, and administrative support. CAS is looking for someone with 2+ years in office experience. Key Responsibilities Order & Purchase Management: Input customer orders with high precision, generate vendor purchase orders, and accurately receive inventory. Financial Processing: Securely run credit cards for customer payments and verify billing details. Team Communication: Interact with our inside and outside sales representatives, updating them on order statuses and inventory availability. Executive Support: Directly assist the business owner with administrative tasks, and occasional special projects. Office Administration: Handle daily administrative workflows including answering phone calls, filing, copying, and scanning documents. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment. Software Proficiency: Practical working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when entering orders, serial numbers, creating purchase orders, and financial transactions. Multi-tasking Capabilities: Ability to prioritize changing tasks efficiently in a small-office setting without losing focus as well as excellent time management skills. Communication Skills: Professional phone etiquette and clear written communication for interacting with customers and sales reps. Demeanor: A naturally friendly, pleasant, and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
