Job post summary: Sales Support Executive - Technical Date posted: September 24, 2026 Job description: Core Responsibilities : · Sales Coordination Internal /Outside : Cross-functional inter department. · Estimation & Costing Skills · Cost Estimation: Analyzing material, labor, overhead, and shipping costs to calculate accurate project or product pricing. · Quotation & Proposal Creation: Generating formal, itemized sales quotes, bids, and proposals for prospective clients. · Blueprint & Spec Interpretation: Reading blueprints, material lists (BOM), or project specifications to determine exact quantities needed. · Manage customer complaints & support to QA/QC to maintain Quality Records including ISO & code related documentations. Skills & Experience : · Ideal candidate will be Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology with 3+ years’ experience in estimation/costing in the Metal Fabrication industry (e.g Structural & Tank manufacturing will be added advantage) · Advanced Excel Spreadsheets: Prepare quotes with help from Sales Manager from existing database as well generate in pricing models Utilizing cost-plus, value-based, or competitive pricing models in line with company margins. · Pipeline & Order Management: Tracking sales orders from initial estimate to final invoice fulfillment. · Mathematical Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure pricing models have a zero-error rate. · Critical thinking · Cross-Functional Communication: with Engineering, Production, & Procurement. · Negotiation & Commercial Awareness: Understanding market trends and supplier costs to protect business margins. · Experience in Mechanical Assemblies will be added advantage. · Ability to use Estimating software programs .
