The Opportunity Aurium is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Toronto-based team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with our Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate the administrative, reporting, and customer support activities that keep our sales organization running smoothly. What You’ll Do As a key member of our Sales team, you will: Act as a key liaison between Sales and internal support departments, helping ensure strong communication and seamless execution. Prepare sales reports, customer presentations, meeting materials, and other account-related documentation. Maintain accurate customer pricing, product information, sales trackers, and promotional calendars. Support new product listings, promotional submissions, customer forms, and related documentation. Track customer deadlines, commitments, deliverables, and follow-up activities. Coordinate product samples, product information, and other customer requests. Assist with sales forecasting and communicate upcoming promotions, launches, and volume changes to Supply Chain. Monitor sales performance and highlight key trends, opportunities, or potential issues for Key Account Managers. Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files, agreements, and account information. Provide ongoing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Key Account Management team. What You Bring Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset. 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, sales administration, or a related role. Experience within CPG, consumer healthcare, pharmacy, retail, or distribution is considered an asset. Experience with GS1, ECCnet, Retail Link, Supplier One, and/or LDIA would be an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power BI is an asset. Comfortable working with sales data, reports, trackers, and performance information. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and follow-up. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build positive working relationships across departments.
