Sales Support is where a career at Saint Bernard begins: you're on the floor every shift, partnering with associates and managers to deliver the kind of considered, gracious service we've built our name on. You'll handle every transaction with care, keep the floor immaculate, and absorb product knowledge with real curiosity; the groundwork for a career with genuine room to grow. Key Responsibilities Team Collaboration & Support Work collaboratively across the floor with urgency, clarity, and professionalism. Client Experience & Clienteling Provide attentive guest service, handle register transactions accurately, and support online order fulfillment. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation Maintain sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap standards, installing promotional signage and executing markdowns as needed. Operations & Inventory Management Receive, steam, stock, replenish, and organize inventory across the floor and stockroom. Brand Ambassadorship Represent the brand with product expertise, engaging guest interactions, and a focus on personal growth. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Physical readiness to lift and move merchandise throughout a shift. A composed sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task with ease. Confidence operating independently, without direct oversight. A collaborative spirit and genuine investment in your team. Availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the business requires. Retail or client-facing experience is welcomed, though not required.
