Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and tech-comfortable team member to join our front line in a full-time capacity. In this role, precision is everything. You will manage orders from start to finish—handling everything from initial client interaction and product selection to entering detailed specs into our software systems and seeing fulfillment through to completion. Schedule & Hours: Position Type: Full-Time (5-day work week) Required Days: Saturdays are mandatory (9:20 AM – 5:00 PM). Weekday shifts are 9:20 AM – 6:00 PM. Days Off: Every Sunday off, plus one consistent weekday off each week. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Order Processing & Software Management: Master and actively utilize our software systems (POS, inventory management, CRM, and order fulfillment tools) to input, track, and update orders accurately. Own orders from initial intake to final delivery, ensuring no steps, notes, or deadlines slip through the cracks. Accurately document specific customization details (department specs, measurements, embroidery, screen printing, and alterations). Client Service & Account Support: Deliver exceptional, professional service to public safety officers, municipal accounts, tradespeople, and retail customers with patience, warmth, and care. Communicate clearly and proactively with clients via phone, email, and in person regarding order status, stock updates, and pickups. Follow strict department uniform guidelines and specifications to ensure every customer receives exact, regulation-compliant gear. Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Embrace ongoing training as software features, inventory processes, and supplier programs evolve. Demonstrate a strong coachable mindset—welcoming feedback and quickly applying new instructions to daily workflows. Pivot smoothly between customer-facing service, detailed computer data entry, and floor tasks based on daily store traffic. Merchandising & Store Operations: Receive, verify, and check in vendor shipments against purchase orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies immediately. Maintain an orderly, accurately tagged, and fully stocked sales floor. Assist with inventory cycle counts and floor adjustments. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during store shifts. Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and handle merchandise racks.
