Sales Representative – Shipping, Fulfillment & Logistics
ShipNoble Inc.Sales Representative: Shipping, Fulfillment & Logistics (Ontario) Location: Etobicoke, ON (field and office) | Full-time Pay: $45,000–$55,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission. Realistic first-year total earnings of up to $100,000. About SHIPNOBLE SHIPNOBLE is a Toronto-based third-party logistics (3PL) company founded in 2019. We serve 360+ clients and move 10,000+ cases a week across Ontario. We run our own delivery fleet, an ecommerce fulfillment warehouse, and in-house shipping software. In 2027 we're moving into a new, much larger facility, and we're hiring the person who will help us fill it. The Role: This is SHIPNOBLE's first dedicated sales hire from outside the company. You'll report directly to our VP of Sales, who personally signed the large majority of our client base, and you'll learn to sell the way we do: client-first, attentive, and consistent. We don't use pressure tactics. We win by listening, solving real problems, and following through. You'll start with SNAP, our shipping label platform for small and mid-sized businesses. You'll then move into e-commerce fulfillment and later alcohol logistics. You'll focus on one line at a time and get full training at each stage. What You'll Do: High-volume outreach every day: calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits Work in the field across Ontario, roughly 4 days in the office and 1 day out, to start (this will evolve with the role). Run discovery conversations, learn each prospect's shipping and operations needs, and match them to the right solution. Onboard new clients and hand them off cleanly to our operations and account management teams. Track your pipeline and activity, and report on it weekly. Follow our sales process and act on coaching. Who We're Looking For: At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a track record of consistent output Self-motivated and disciplined: you show up the same way every day, whether the last call went well or not. Coachable: you listen well, take direction, and carry it out. Relationship-driven, with a genuine interest in helping clients Comfortable with cold outreach and with hearing "no" Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal assets (not required) Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (gas allowance provided) Experience in logistics, 3PL, shipping, ecommerce, SaaS, or the beverage alcohol industry An existing network among Ontario small businesses, ecommerce brands, or wine, spirits, and beer producers Pay: $45,000.00-$55,500.00 per year Work Location: In person
