Sales Representative – Freight, Warehousing, Last-Mile Delivery & Installation

Position Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships for our freight, last-mile delivery, and installation solutions. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience selling logistics services and a strong understanding of supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B customers for freight, last-mile delivery, and installation services Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and networking Conduct discovery calls to understand customer logistics needs and pain points Present customized logistics solutions and pricing proposals Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience in 3PL, freight, last-mile delivery, or logistics services Strong understanding of freight transportation, final-mile delivery, and installation workflows Proven ability to close new business and manage long sales cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills Preferred Experience White-glove delivery and installation sales Selling to retailers, manufacturers, or e-commerce brands Existing book of business or industry contacts Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission / Contract commission based Performance bonuses 401K Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a fast-growing logistics company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Work Location: In person
