Sales Representative/ Associate

This role is dedicated to generating and completing sales Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on store products and services Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions and handle cash register operations Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed correctly Conduct product demos when necessary to showcase features and benefits to customers Upsell complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store layout Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management through stocking, product replenishment, and inventory checks Assist in supervising team members during peak hours or as assigned, promoting a collaborative environment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Create/follow through on leads Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for smooth retail transactions Previous experience in a retail or over the phone sales position Ability to demonstrate product knowledge Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base are a plus Strong phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone or via digital channels Excellent retail math skills for accurate cash handling, balancing registers, and managing sales totals Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising standards, and inventory procedures Outstanding communication skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members effectively Sales Lead generation Join us in creating a lively shopping atmosphere where every customer feels valued!
