We are expanding our business development activities in the United States and seeking experienced, well-connected Sales Representatives who can identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and secure fabrication projects for our manufacturing operations. Position Overview We are looking for motivated and commercially driven Sales Representatives with an established network in the US industrial, construction, engineering, and energy sectors. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and securing fabrication opportunities, developing relationships with EPC contractors, engineering firms, industrial manufacturers, and end users, and generating a consistent pipeline of projects for Al Bany International. Key Products & Services to Market The Sales Representative will focus on generating projects in the following areas: 1. Structural Steel Fabrication - Industrial structural steel fabrication. - Steel structures, platforms, pipe racks, and access structures. - Industrial buildings and equipment support structures. - Heavy steel fabrication and modular structures. 2. Heat Exchanger Fabrication - Shell-and-tube heat exchangers. - Industrial process heat exchangers. - Custom-engineered heat transfer equipment. - Replacement and refurbishment opportunities, where applicable. 3. Pressure Vessel Fabrication - ASME pressure vessels. - Industrial process vessels and storage vessels. - Separators, receivers, and related pressure equipment. - Custom-fabricated equipment for oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and process industries. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities across the United States. - Establish relationships with EPC contractors, engineering companies, industrial manufacturers, procurement departments, and project owners. - Identify upcoming projects requiring structural steel, heat exchangers, and pressure vessel fabrication. - Generate qualified leads, RFQs, and invitations to bid. - Introduce Al Bany International as a competitive international fabrication partner. - Coordinate with the company's engineering and estimation teams to develop technical and commercial proposals. - Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closures. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular opportunity updates. - Represent Al Bany International in relevant industry events, networking activities, and customer meetings. Candidate Requirements - Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in structural steel, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or industrial fabrication. - Established relationships with US-based EPC contractors, engineering firms, industrial clients, or procurement professionals. - Good understanding of fabrication project procurement and bidding processes. - Ability to identify projects at an early stage and generate RFQs. - Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and business development skills. - Ability to work independently and develop a territory. - Existing industry contacts and a demonstrable track record of generating industrial fabrication business will be a significant advantage Compensation & Engagement - Independent Sales Representative engagement. - Attractive commission-based compensation linked to successfully secured projects. - Commission structure to be mutually agreed based …
