Responsibilities Engage with customers in retail settings, providing outstanding service and product information to meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately during checkout processes Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products effectively Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring products are well-presented on the sales floor Communicate proactively with team members to coordinate sales efforts, share customer feedback, and improve overall store performance Experience Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly preferred, especially with a focus on product demos or technical solutions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups Demonstrated technical sales experience involving electronics, gadgets, or related products will be advantageous Strong organizational skills, time management, and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions are required Customer service experience that highlights excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell products effectively Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in sales!
