Sales Representative

Jay Visual Packaging , a custom thin-gauge plastic thermoforming company located in southern Wisconsin, is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative . The ideal candidate will have experience in the thin-gauge custom thermoforming plastics products. In this remote role, you oversee business development of a regional territory and build strong relationships with procurement managers and product designers. You will provide custom thermoformed solutions tailored to market applications such as retail, industrial, healthcare, and more. The compensation for this position will include a base salary with uncapped commission. Occasional travel will be required as necessary to support the sales process. The ideal candidate will reside in one of the following states due to the assigned territory: Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Missouri, Minnesota. Responsibilities Business Development and Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within key markets Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts by establishing long-term strategic relationships and identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with internal tooling and designers, estimating teams, and manufacturing operations to deliver accurate quotes and manage custom projects from prototype to production Market Intelligence: Knowledgeable of industry trends, pricing, sustainable material options, and competitive landscapes Required Qualifications 3+ years of sales in thin-gauge thermoformed plastic packaging and products Other Qualifications Proven ability to develop new business Understanding of thermoforming process and design requirements Knowledge of plastics and appropriate applications Excellent work ethic with a hunter mentality Excellent communication skills including negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills Why Jay Visual Packaging: Founded with over 50 years of experience in thermoforming, Jay Visual Packaging offers full‑service packaging solutions — from concept and design to mold building and production.
