Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and customers - Assist with valet parking services, including parking and retrieving vehicles - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership premises - Perform light maintenance tasks, such as cleaning windows and floors - Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely - Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies Skills: - Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with valet parking procedures and protocols - Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register - Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience - Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive industry is a plus - Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are desirable but not required - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
