Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders, managing customer data, and supporting order fulfillment. Your technical proficiency and organizational skills will help maintain efficient operations and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Enter and process customers' sales order, using Oracle Net-Suite Verify customer information, product numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping details. Monitor order status, back orders, and fulfillment timelines. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues. Maintain accurate ERP records and supporting documentation. Process authorized payments, repairs, returns. Provide timely updates and support to customers and internal team members. Manage customer information with confidentiality and precision. Utilize Microsoft Office products for data entry and communication. Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies on confidential information. 1-2 years of data entry experience, especially in roles involving customer service.
