As the representative of the Sales Order Management Team for a strategic customer or channel you will be responsible for:Price Block coordinationManage daily Sales Order Management activities to maximize Service Level, Cycle Time, & On Time performance. Customer Data Integrity for selected AccountsRework Scheduling Mapping data integrity coordinationCustomer Service FOB coordinationDay to Day Problem SolvingDriving Process ImprovementReporting and Ensuring Key Performance ObjectivesCommunicating with Customers Accounts and internal management. Ensuring SB&D Operations are aligned with changes in Customer Requirements. Coordinate With Sales and Marketing Supply Chain Execution for Major Customers Promotions and Product LaunchesWho You AreDegree or Diploma in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or equivalentSupply Chain Experience Preferred (Internship or Coop)High level of Computer Proficiency (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitask, highly demanding environmentEnthusiastic, Self-Motivated, Team PlayerStrong Communication SkillsAbility to interact with CustomerWhat You GetAnticipated compensation for this role is $50,000-$60,000 in annual base salary.
