coordination with suppliers and internal staff.Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines. Quote and arrange freight and documents.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing professional assistance and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and verify billing details. Resolve billing discrepancies when appropriate.
Assist with inventory management and update order tracking systems regularly. Support administrative duties including filing, document organization, and report generation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all tasks.Qualifications: Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. QuickBooks preferred. . Ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing urgent tasks.
