Sales Operations Supervisor
Electronics Renewal LLCAbout The Goldie Group We're Electronics Renewal, LLC — known as The Goldie Group — and we operate in the secondary wireless device market: receiving, processing, refurbishing, and reselling cell phones and related devices at scale. We're a small, fast-moving company where every person makes a visible impact, and we're growing. About the role This role is responsible for our business’s Sales Support function — and Sales Support is the hub of our business. Every department touches it: Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales. If you've been an analyst or coordinator who's ready to step into leadership, build a team, and own a function end-to-end, this role is built for you. You'll combine the analytical horsepower of an Operations Analyst with the leadership and ownership of a supervisor. You'll manage our sales support inbox, set the priorities, manage the team KPIs, lead a growing team and drive our rollout of AI tools to make the whole operation faster and smarter. What you'll do Own the Sales Support function. Manage the Sales Support inbox — triage, prioritize, delegate, and make the call on what gets done, by whom, and when. Lead and develop your team. Coach your direct reports, set clear expectations, and help us hire and onboard as the team grows. Build the playbook. Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and onboarding documentation so the function runs without depending on tribal knowledge. Drive AI and automation. Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools that reduce or eliminate manual work from the team's plate — from email triage to reporting to data entry. Keep product moving. Track product flow from receiving through outbound, spot bottlenecks early, coordinate with the warehouse and production teams, and escalate when SLAs are at risk. Build the reports leadership relies on. Cycle time, throughput, PO and shipment completion, inbox response times, inventory accuracy — own the dashboards and use them to drive accountability. Execute the basics. Sales orders, purchase orders, part number creation, vendor correspondence — you'll continue to oversee and perform these as part of the function you own.
