 Job Summary

LACO Technologies is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support growth within our B2B technical and laboratory services business. This role owns HubSpot CRM administration sales operations processes and outbound campaign execution. The position partners closely with sales marketing and laboratory operations to build a predictable and measurable pipeline.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys CRM ownership data driven decision making and proactive outbound sales activity.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations and HubSpot CRM
    Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows sequences dashboards and automation
    Maintain data accuracy pipeline structure and reporting integrity
    Analyze sales activity and conversion data to provide insights to leadership
  • Outbound Sales and Campaign Execution
    Design and execute targeted outbound B2B campaigns using email phone and LinkedIn
    Identify ideal customer profile accounts and generate qualified opportunities
    Test and refine messaging cadence and conversion performance
  • Laboratory Services Growth
    Support outbound programs for laboratory testing calibration and validation services
    Partner with regional sales managers to develop lab focused opportunities
    Track performance forecast demand and identify trends
  • Sales Enablement and Training
    Train sales team members on HubSpot CRM best practices
    Support onboarding with CRM processes and sales operations documentation
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    Coordinate with marketing on lead flow handoff processes and account based campaigns
    Align with laboratory operations on capacity pricing and turnaround times
    Support clean opportunity handoffs between inside and field sales teams

Day to Day Activities

  • Review campaign and pipeline performance metrics
  •  Build and update HubSpot dashboards and reports
  •  Support sales team CRM usage and data quality
  •  Execute outbound outreach to target accounts
  •  Coordinate with marketing and lab operations teams

Success Metrics First Six Months

  • Launch multiple targeted outbound campaigns with improved response rates
  •  Increase qualified pipeline for laboratory services quarter over quarter
  •  Maintain high CRM data accuracy and strong user adoption
  •  Deliver reliable dashboards for forecasting and campaign performance

Required Qualifications

  • Two to six years of experience in sales operations revenue operations or inside sales
  •  Hands on experience with HubSpot CRM workflows sequences and reporting
  •  Experience executing outbound campaigns in a business to business environment
  •  Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or technical services
  •  Familiarity with account based marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  •  Exposure to service based forecasting or capacity planning
