What this job is all about:
The Sales Operations Manager oversees end-to-end sales operations across international distributor-led markets, supporting a buy-sell model aligned with the company’s Strategic Plan. This role acts as the strategic interface between distributors and internal cross-functional teams—facilitating demand planning, order flow, and customer service for made-to-order products to ensure alignment between market needs and internal capabilities. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, this role directly oversees two regional sales consulting firms and is responsible for driving sales and marketing growth across Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central & South America. A key focus of the role is continuous improvement—optimizing commercial processes such as order management systems, onboarding workflows, and minimum order policies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
