Sales Operations Associate Macaloney's Distillery & Brewery | Victoria, BC | Full Time Keep the whisky moving. Every bottle that leaves our distillery is listed, priced, shipped and counted because of this role. WHO WE ARE Macaloney's Distillery & Brewery is a craft single malt whisky distillery in Victoria, BC. We build on Scottish roots with Canadian innovation, and our Triple Take was named World's Best Pot Still at the World Whiskies Awards. New ownership took over in September 2025 and we've been rebuilding from the ground up. Small team. Big ambitions. THE ROLE You'll work alongside our Sales Operations Manager behind the scenes, keeping orders, inventory and liquor board paperwork moving from invoice to shipment. If you like systems, spreadsheets and getting things exactly right, this is a great way into the drinks business. WHAT YOU'LL DO Process orders from our order desk, Liquify and our online store, from invoice to shipment Create invoices and Doc 60s Keep inventory accurate in Purtrak and help with monthly counts Prepare shipments, samples and paperwork for events and liquor stores Support liquor board listings, pricing submissions and product setup WHAT YOU BRING Organized and detail minded.
