The AD&M Commercial Excellence team has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst IV to support the organization's analytics modernization, Power BI reporting, AI enablement, and data governance initiatives. This role will help drive the transition to OneData, Power BI, and AI-enabled business insights while supporting commercial leaders with actionable analytics and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative individual, who is comfortable working across business functions and translating complex data into practical insights in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively “items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Responsibilities & Qualifications Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support commercial and business performance tracking. Analyze commercial performance data to identify trends, drivers, exceptions, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders. Support data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and business readiness. Support AI-enabled reporting and analytics initiatives, including automated insights, dashboard summaries, self-service analytics, and approved enterprise AI capabilities. Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Information Systems teams to gather requirements, define business and reporting needs, and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. Investigate and help resolve data quality issues while supporting KPI governance and reporting standards. Develop reporting documentation, user guides, and training materials that support adoption of analytics tools and solutions. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes, and enhance data-driven decision making.
