OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our U.S. watch division. This critical role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting account-level sell-in and sell-through data across major U.S. retailers and e-commerce partners. The ideal candidate will deliver actionable insights, accurate forecasts, and executive-level reporting that drive decision-making across sales, planning, and marketing teams.
This position also includes daily interaction with national accounts, sales administration, and support of Sales Support Managers to ensure smooth workflow, accurate execution, and timely e-commerce product setups across key accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, manage, and analyze weekly/monthly sell-in and sell-through data from all major U.S. accounts (e.g., Walmart, Macy’s, Amazon, JCPenney, Target).
- Build detailed, account-specific sales reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting platforms.
- Streamline reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Track trends, promotional lifts, and category performance to support account planning and revenue forecasting.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously refine models to improve predictive performance.
- Create rolling sales forecasts by account, factoring in new launches, seasonality, pricing, and marketing support.
- Account & Internal Support
- Daily or as-needed communication with national accounts regarding orders, promotions, reporting, R/A’s, and operational follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Administration, Distribution, Inventory Management, and the National Accounts Director.
- Support style selection and promotional planning processes.
- Troubleshoot product or style issues and provide actionable recommendations to sales and merchandising teams.
- Partner with sales leads to align forecasts with sell-in strategies, inventory availability, and retailer expectations.
- Manage Sales Support Manager workflow to ensure timely and accurate execution across the sales organization.
- Set up products for e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product content, images, pricing, availability, and promotional alignment.
- Maintain workflow and timelines for e-commerce listings, digital promotions, and inventory updates to maximize online sales opportunities.
- Brand & Market Insight
- Maintain awareness of competitive activity and U.S. market dynamics impacting the watch industry.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Planning to optimize sell-through during key promotional windows (e.g., Father’s Day, Back-to-School, Holiday).
- Participate in merchandising team meetings to provide data-driven insights for assortment and promotional planning.
- Ensure all digital channels reflect correct product positioning, pricing, and availability to maintain brand consistency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field or 2–5 years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or retail planning; experience in watches, fashion accessories, or consumer electronics preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. retail account structures, sales cycles, and promotional planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with vast experience in Excel.
- Knowledge of retail metrics such as sell-in, sell-through, door-level productivity, and ASP.
- Experience managing large data sets from retailers, syndicated sources, or EDI platforms preferred.
- Experience setting up products on e-commerce sites, managing content, pricing, and online promotions strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, planning, marketing, and executive teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
LOCATION
This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office.

This position offers a base salary range from $65,000 to $75,000 a year, determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location, business needs and market demand.
