SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT / Order Fulfillment Clerk (35hrs/wk, no weekends)

Foam N More, INC is looking for a reliable, organized, outgoing, and sales-minded Full-Time Office, Sales & E-Commerce Assistant to support our growing business. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, office administration, order fulfillment, e-commerce, and social media/marketing support. The position is primarily office-based. This role combines office responsibilities with warehouse support in a fast-paced environment. Daily Tasks: Provide recommendations to meet customer foam specs Gain knowledge of Foam Specs, Open and Closed cell foam types Manage life span of orders, follow up on lead time to meet customers’ demands. Actively listen to customers to understand needs and present products that are consistent with customer needs and preferences. Use creativity and design skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: · Provide customer service via phone and email · Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails Route messages as needed · Process and print invoices · Capture and track sales through payment platforms · Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately · Enter and maintain accurate order details, shipping information, and fulfillment timelines Qualifications · Effective written and verbal communication skills · Strong courteous phone presence · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to multitask and manage time effectively · Basic problem-solving ability · Help manage Amazon orders, eBay, sales & product listings · Respond to social media inquiries & assist with posting · General office support as needed · Technical Skills · Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) · Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Ability to lift 25lbs, Ability to stand for 4-5 hours at a time Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00a-4:00p.
