Sales Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team to new heights. This energetic role involves overseeing daily store operations, developing strategic sales initiatives, and motivating staff to achieve outstanding performance. Duties Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance their skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets while ensuring excellent customer experiences Manage inventory control, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment to optimize product presentation and availability Oversee daily store operations including cashiering, POS system management, cash handling, and shift management Conduct interviewing and recruiting of new team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce Monitor employee performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Handle employee orientation programs, payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and manage operational budgets to ensure efficient store functioning Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team supervision and operational oversight Demonstrated success in retail sales management with strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and POS systems Excellent negotiation skills coupled with managerial communication abilities to motivate staff and engage customers effectively Experience in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and supervising teams in fast-paced retail environments Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, cash handling procedures, and inventory control Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail stores is preferred; familiarity with retail industry standards such as cashiering, stock management, and operational procedures is essential Join us as a Sales Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional service while driving business success.
