Duties Lead and manage the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and POS (Point of Sale) systems utilization Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team Manage payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and budgeting activities to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency Supervise inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize product availability and profitability Foster excellent customer service by ensuring team members deliver a positive shopping experience and handle customer inquiries professionally Requirements Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervisory responsibilities in a retail environment Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent managerial communication abilities Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases Demonstrated experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development practices Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across shift management and operational tasks Leadership qualities with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail stores or similar settings Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory control, and customer service simultaneously Join us as a Sales Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding retail experiences.
