Sales Lot Manager / Inventory Operations Lead

Kunes Auto Group is hiring a Sales Lot Manager / Inventory Operations Lead to own vehicle inventory operations, lot standards, and team leadership at a high-volume dealership.

This role is for someone who has led people, owned inventory accuracy, and enforced operational standards—not a working lead looking for a title or pay bump.

What You’ll Own

• Full accountability for new and used vehicle inventory accuracy, location, and readiness
• Leadership and direction of lot staff, including expectations, performance, and accountability
• Lot organization, safety, cleanliness, and vehicle flow standards
• Inventory audits, discrepancy resolution, and system accuracy
• Coordination with Sales leadership to support merchandising and deliveries
• Vehicle movement, logistics, and security awareness
• Authority to identify issues, make decisions, and drive solutions
   

What We’re Looking For

This role requires leadership experience and operational ownership.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Prior team leadership experience (required)  
• Experience managing inventory, logistics, or operational processes in a fast-paced environment  
• Comfortable holding standards and enforcing accountability  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
• High school diploma or equivalent  
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work outdoors as needed  

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record  
• Comfortable driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles  
• Confident communicator across departments  

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
