Sales Import Specialist – Apparel Production & Sourcing Eagle Promotions | Las Vegas, NV Full-Time | 100% Onsite | Associate/Mid-Level About Eagle Promotions Eagle Promotions is a Las Vegas-based company specializing in custom apparel, screen printing, promotional products, and retail merchandise programs for major retail brands and corporate clients. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Import Specialist to coordinate custom apparel development and overseas manufacturing projects. This is a customer-facing, associate-level, individual-contributor position with no supervisory or management responsibilities. We're seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corporate apparel environment who enjoys coordinating production, working directly with overseas factories, managing customer projects, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time. This is not a management or general import/export logistics position. Direct experience in apparel manufacturing and production is required. What You'll Do Manage customer apparel projects from initial development through overseas production and final delivery. Communicate directly with overseas apparel factories regarding product specifications, sampling, revisions, approvals, and production schedules. Review and maintain tech packs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), garment specifications, and production documentation. Coordinate fabric, trims, embellishments, labeling, and packaging requirements. Prepare and maintain costing sheets, purchase orders, Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, and production trackers. Monitor sample approvals, production milestones, quality requirements, and shipment schedules. Work directly with customers to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure requirements are met. Coordinate with internal Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams. What We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience Experience in apparel production, product development, or overseas apparel sourcing, preferably 3–7 years. Direct experience working with overseas garment manufacturers on product development, sampling, approvals, and production. Working knowledge of apparel tech packs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), garment specifications, and production documentation. Experience coordinating apparel production from initial development through shipment and delivery. Ability to maintain costing sheets, purchase orders, Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, and production schedules. Experience using PLM systems, customer product development portals, and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with garment construction, fabrics, trims, screen printing, embroidery, and embellishments. Experience with private-label, licensed, or custom retail apparel programs is a plus. Strong customer service, vendor communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage multiple customer projects, prioritize deadlines, and resolve production issues. Must be available to work full-time onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
