Sales Executive

Job Overview K-Apex is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to drive growth through the development of international freight forwarding and supply chain opportunities. This role is responsible for identifying new business, managing customer relationships, and providing tailored global transportation solutions that support customers' import, export, and cross-border logistics requirements. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging K-Apex's international network and logistics expertise to deliver ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and supply chain solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and cost performance. Generous commission plan offered on top of base salary once qualifications are met. Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new international freight forwarding opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and supply chain decision-makers. Sell international ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, customs brokerage, and related logistics services. Develop solutions that address customer transportation, compliance, and supply chain challenges. Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and gross profit targets. Collaborate with origin and destination offices to create competitive global logistics Conduct customer business reviews and provide market intelligence on freight, capacity, and trade conditions. Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and forecasting information within CRM. Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Strong understanding of ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and global trade. Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
