Keep our trucks moving and our pipeline full, with a real path to running operations. Compact My Bin helps warehouses, manufacturers and distribution centres across the GTA cut their waste-hauling costs. Our trucks compact the waste in open-top bins on site, so customers pay for fewer bin pulls. Revenue has more than doubled this year, customers stay with us, and we're ready to grow faster. We're a small, nimble team superpowered by AI. AI already helps with routes, call prep, follow-ups and CRM upkeep, so our people can focus on conversations and decisions. We're looking for a reliable, ambitious person to be the hub of the business: running daily dispatch and driving our sales follow-up. What you'll do Start each day at 7:30am getting our drivers set: check overnight requests, confirm routes, and flag anything they need to know before they roll out at 8 Run daily dispatch: customers email, text or call for service (sometimes urgently) and you get them onto our drivers' routes and keep our CRM up to date Between dispatch, follow up by phone with businesses our field team has already visited, and persuade busy managers that a short on-site demo is worth their time Book demos onto our drivers' routes and track your weekly numbers Use AI tools for call prep, notes and follow-ups, and help improve our call script and objection answers This role includes sales. You won't quote prices or close deals, because we handle that after the demo, but getting a "yes" to a demo takes persistence and persuasion. Where you can grow Onboarding new customers and owning customer service Rolling out new AI tools across sales and operations A path to operations lead as the business grows: running daily operations, managing the team and owning the numbers Who you are Reliable and organized: you start on time, follow through, and keep good records Calm under pressure when an urgent request comes in You enjoy persuading people and a "no" doesn't slow you down Hungry to learn how a business runs and wants more responsibility Curious about AI (ChatGPT, Claude); comfortable with software, and Zoho experience is a plus Bonus: experience in dispatch, logistics, customer service, sales or the trades The details Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with occasional paid afternoon on-call coverage Remote, after a short in-person training session in the GTA $47,000–$50,000 base plus monthly performance bonuses — expected total earnings of $65,000–$75,000 Bonuses: $35 for every demo that happens and $250 when each new customer gets their first service Work directly with the owner and learn how a growing business is run To apply: click Apply on Indeed with your resume, and answer the short screening questions about your phone or dispatch experience and whether you can start at 7:30am. Shortlisted applicants do a 10-minute practice call with us. Pay: $47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Application question(s): Can you reliably start at 7:30am, Monday to Friday? Describe a time you got someone who said 'not interested' to agree to a meeting or next step. What did you say? A customer emails at 7:45am needing an urgent bin service today, and both trucks are already routed. What do you do first? What AI tools do you use, and what for?
