Sales Correspondent I-FSC

Position Summary Duties/Responsibilities: Will have direct contact with external customers and Parker salespeople. Will give Customer price quotations and process credits. Keep appropriate departments informed of customer requirements and problem areas. Process internal and external emails, schedules and releases on a timely basis. Responsible for entering customer’s purchase orders via mainframe. Responsible for entering customer complaints and ATRs. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient in the use of personal computer and mainframe programs. Excellent telephone and general communication skills. Excellent math skills. Sensitivity in dealing with customer conflicts. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with people in a team environment as well as various levels of the organization. Previous customer service experience is beneficial. High School Graduate with emphasis on office procedures, interpersonal communications and computer skills. Basic MS Office Programs.
