Speedrack West is hiring a Sales Coordinator who can turn customer requirements into accurate quotes, organized orders, and clear next steps. You’ll bring product knowledge, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through to a team that sells, fabricates, and installs warehouse-storage systems. Relevant industry experience is required. ABOUT SPEEDRACK WEST Based in North Plains, Oregon, Speedrack West supplies pallet rack, cantilever rack, shelving, safety products, and complete warehouse-storage systems. With stocked inventory, in-house fabrication, and our own installation team, we help customers move from planning to installation. Our promise is simple: Fast, Easy, Right. This position helps us deliver on it every day. THE ROLE This is a hands-on sales support and coordination position. Your main responsibilities will be preparing quotes, verifying product and order details, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating execution. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Operations, vendors, and customers. We need someone who asks the right questions, catches missing information, and follows through until the next step is complete. WHAT YOU’LL DO Prepare and revise quotes for standard, mid-complexity, and approved complex projects. Gather and verify specifications, quantities, pricing, availability, freight, and applicable installation requirements. Use product knowledge to identify missing details and involve Engineering or other specialists when needed. Keep customer activity, deals, tasks, deadlines, and next steps current in HubSpot. Maintain accurate quote and order documentation in Exact Online. Coordinate order fulfillment, delivery, installation, and customer requirements. Track revisions and communicate approved changes so teams work from the correct information. Provide timely customer updates while keeping the Account Executive informed. Flag material shortages, scheduling risks, and handoff issues early. Participate in occasional local customer or jobsite visits; travel up to 10%. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years in quoting, estimating, inside sales support, order management, or project coordination. Direct experience in at least one of the following: – Pallet racking or warehouse-storage systems. – Material handling or industrial equipment. – Industrial distribution or technical parts. – Construction materials, construction supply, or trade project coordination. Experience working with product specifications, material lists, quotes, purchase orders, or work orders. Strong attention to quantities, pricing, documentation, and revisions. Comfort using spreadsheets, CRM, ERP, or order-management systems. Clear written communication and confidence speaking with customers and internal teams. Ability to work on-site in North Plains during the stated schedule. General customer service or sales experience alone does not meet the industry requirement.
