Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise to encourage upselling opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about store hours, promotions, or product availability Support inventory management through stock replenishment and participating in periodic stock counts Skills Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory tasks Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos to boost sales potential Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting relationships Familiarity with retail sales environments is beneficial This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while making a positive impact on families in your community.
