The role We're looking for a sales and business development manager to grow our presence with existing accounts and win new ones. You'll own relationships with culinary and purchasing decision-makers, lead the sales process from first conversation to signed business, and work closely with our production and product development teams to bring customers new products. What you'll do Develop and close new business with resorts, hotels, venues, and food service operators Grow and protect existing accounts through strong, proactive relationships Present products and custom concepts to chefs, F&B directors, and procurement teams Work with our production team on pricing, lead times, and new product development Track pipeline, forecasts, and account performance What we're looking for Working chef or executive chef with management experience and highly tuned people skills Existing relationships in the Las Vegas hospitality or foodservice market are a strong plus Comfort discussing product, pricing, and logistics with chefs and buyers Strong communication and follow-through Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning a territory Compensation and benefits Base salary: $60,000 plus commissions Your compensation grows alongside your revenue production Health insurance Phone expense Year-end bonus 401(k) Paid time off To apply Send your resume to John@epicureanlv.com.
