Job Title: Shipping, Receiving & Counter Sales Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time) Thomson Electric Supply – Logan, UT Thomson Electric is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for one Full-Time and one Part-Time position. Both roles involve a dual focus on Shipping/Receiving and Front Counter Support . These are entry-level positions perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to get their foot in the door of the electrical distribution industry. Schedule & Hours Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Part-Time: Flexible shifts within our standard 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM window (please specify your availability in your application). Enjoy consistent daytime hours with your weekends free. What You’ll Be Doing Warehouse & Logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including checking in stock, organizing product, and cleaning the store. Customer Support: Assist contractors and walk-in customers at the front counter, helping them find the parts they need with a professional and helpful attitude. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized shop and ensure all products are accurately staged and stored. Local Coordination: Assist the team in maintaining the high standards of service our local Cache Valley customers expect. What We’re Looking For Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work. Multitasking: Ability to pivot from the warehouse to the front counter as customer flow changes. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day. Communication: Comfortable talking to people and providing great customer service. The "Plus" Factors: While these are entry-level roles, previous electrical experience and strong computer skills (for processing shipments and inventory lookup) are a significant plus and may lead to a higher starting rate.
